1.Use label materials within the shelf life. The time from self-adhesive label materials finished production to label application should not exceed one year, except for special labels.

2.Ensure the surface of the application substrate is clean with no dust and oil stains. If have, we need to choose special label materials and conduct labeling tests in advance.

3.Apply labels within the application temperature specified in the TDS, and allow a 24-hour settling period to achieve maximum adhesion.

4.Apply appropriate pressure to smooth out labels during application to avoid trapping air underneath. This is especially critical for manual labeling on cartons; ensure all edges and corners of the label are firmly adhered.

5.For curved application surfaces, adopt for thin and flexible film self-adhesive labels materials.

6.If the laminated label is lifting, check whether the lamination tension is too high.
