It is a common headache for many customers, it is usually caused by two reasons:
1)Improper tension control during PP label material production. When you separate the face stock from liner, you will see the PP face stock curls while the liner stays flat.
2)Unstable humidity of paper liner. The paper liner curls due to water absorption or water loss, which further drives the PP face stock to curl together. After separation, you wil find the PP face stock keeps flat but the liner curls.
