Tension control is extremely critical in self-adhesive label materials, which refers to the pulling force applied to the self-adhesive label materials.
Poor tension control will easily cause the following problems for user:

2)Uneven adhesive coating thickness. Insufficient glue coating areas will lead to label edge lifting or falling off during application. (Pic 3)
3)Film-based label materials will curl and become unusable. (Pic 4)
The coating line must be equipped with high-precision tension control equipment and operated by experienced staff to ensure stable tension control,this is very important to ensure good quality.
