How to Choose the Right Self-Adhesive Material?
We’ve summarized our practical experience for you:
A. Choose PE self-adhesive material when:
1.The substrate is curved/spherical
2.Applied to squeezable bottles (hand cream, shampoo, etc.)
3.The container is thin and may expand after filling, ordinary label material will wrinkle or lift.
B. For humid environments or waterproof requirements:
Use plastic self-adhesive label materials, or add lamination to paper label material.
C. For surfaces with condensation or dust:
Choose hot-melt adhesive and test under actual application conditions, as barriers between glue and substrate affect bonding.
D. For rough surfaces (woven bags, matte finishes):
High-tack hot-melt adhesive is recommended.
