1.Acrylic is more expensive than hot melt on price.
2.From usage, hot melt is recommended for oil drums, cartons, outdoor, etc. acrylic adhesive is more recommended for food glass bottles and pharmaceutical.
3.Hot melt has strong initial adhesion,but can not last long. Acrylic initial adhesion is weaker than hot melt but it can last long.
4. Plastic film(PP,PE,PET) usually work with acrylic adhesive.
